2. What is a tincture?

A tincture is simply a liquid extract of the properties of an herb(s). It allows for a more convenient way to take your herbs especially when on the go. The tinctures here are extracted using edible alcohol and spring water. The alcohol content of the tincture allows for nearly 100% of all herbal contents to be extracted making a more digestible and potent form to take into the body.

All individuals may have slightly differing experiences with these products. Some may experience noticeable effects immediately while others after a couple of weeks. Whichever is your experience, we recommend remaining consistent with the use of these products to maximize benefits.

At the present moment, we are only shipping products domestically.

2. How soon will my order be shipped after placing an order?

Most orders are shipped same day or next day. The max time an will be shipped is 2 days. If an order requires a bit more time, you will be notified via email.

3. How do I cancel an order?

Because we pride ourselves on providing super fast shipping, if there is an issue with an order and needs canceling notify us with 2 hours of placing your order via email and we will make the proper accomodations.

4. What happens if I want to cancel an order that has already shipped?

Should a cancellation request be made after shipping, the buyer must first receive the item and return it within 7 days unused and unopened to receive a full refund

5. What is your refund/return policy?

Any unused, unopened order can be returned for a full refund within 7days of receiving the item. Shipping costs however will be the responsibility of the buyer for returning items. Buyer is also responsible for any loss in value of an item isn't returned in it's original condition.
